Tony has helped me immensely with the ridiculous ways of selling real estate in Ohio. He calmed me down when I was ready to throw in the towel with too much garbage needed to sell a piece of property in the Village of Baltimore. It took eight months plus to close on property that was all being bought by the same company. Tony was great keeping me informed and extending and extending the closing date. You all need to work on Ohio laws on selling real estate. In the time it took to get the title company to cooperate and be satisfied I purchase two properties of real estate here and closed in one eighth of the time it took in Ohio. This is NOT Tony's fault and I hold him blameless, but someone was NOT doing their job taking so long to close. I was born and raised in Ohio and is has become my biggest nightmare. Tony needs a medal for getting that closing done!!!
