This is our second sales with Tony (both properties were also purchased and managed by Tony). I know many real estate broker and I honestly said that Tony is the best. For this sale, we faced a very difficult tenant and resulting a fairly damaged property. Tony had a list of professionals available fixing the place within a short time. He lists the property in the market and we got an offer in about two weeks. Once an offer was received, he made sure the communication with the buyer's agent was open, clear, and complete. We did not have any problems during the negotiation/closing process. We sold the unit at the price higher and within a shorter time frame we expected. We will definitely work with Tony Randall again.

Tony simply cannot be beat. Excellent communicator, very knowledgeable about the local area as well as real estate in general. As a real estate investor it's important that I am surrounded by people I can trust, who work hard, and answer the phone when I call. Tony is all of these things and more. 10/10 recommend.
