I reached out to Tony Spratt on a weekday evening and said “I may want to sell. I’m not sure yet. Just interested to know what my house may be worth.” I wasn’t looking for a realtor. Just curious about information. Tony worked hard to answer all my questions and then some, without the promise of a sell. He wasn’t pushing me into selling my house.
