Tonya Brown

Tonya actively listened to what was important to me and my concerns about selling an older home (mine was built in 1949). She provided me with comparables, talked through my concerns, was accessible and a pleasure to deal with. My home sold for slightly over the asking price. I would highly recommend Tonya if you are looking for an agent who is knowledgeable in selling older homes and knowledgeable about the Northwest side of Edmonton.

Tonya is the best. She was great when we first moved to Edmonton and even better when we chose to upgrade and relocate close to downtown. Her guidance in finding the best place for us and extra effort she took to ensure all our concerns were addressed and responded to was greatly appreciated. And her network of connections that have assisted us both times with each part of this (from brokers to lawyers to even painters) took a whole lot of stress out of the whole process. While we hope this our last move, should we need help a third time we'd start with Tonya!

She was fantasic, super helpful and understanding of me being a first time buyer. She helped me with so much of what would have been 100 times more overwhelming without her help and ability to help when things didnt go according to plan.
