We knew Tonya was a hustler almost immediately. She got all of the work done and everything listed extremely fast. Her local knowledge was top-notch. The last real estate agent I had I used several times and just did not feel like they had my best interest in mind. Tonya always had my wife and I‘s best interest in mind. She worked hard for us to get top dollar for our property and we appreciate that.

Tonya was such a blessing for us! We have been working towards selling and moving for a while and she helped make it happen! We could not have gotten it done without the knowledge and expertise of someone like Tonya! Thank you so much for all your help with this experience!!!

Buying a new house is a huge milestone for any family and it can be very overwhelming and stressful but Tonya helped calm our nerves and lended all the encouragement we needed along our journey. She was only a call or text message away when we needed to ask questions or just talk. Tonya takes the time to make sure everything required, whether it’s an email awaiting signatures, or helping load and drive a truck, she is 110% dedicated to her clients! When I say we couldn’t have done this without her it is absolutely true! We will definitely recommend Tonya to others for help finding the perfect home! Thank you Tonya, we love our new home!

Tonya exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We had a few hiccups but Tonya handled everything immediately and with such care. She kept us updated throughout the entire sale. We would definitely recommend Tonya especially for anything to do with Jackson Lake.

I was put in touch with Tonya based on her experience on Jackson Lake and I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. Although I've bought and sold several houses over the years, this was my first experience buying lakefront property, and in purchasing outside of my current geographic area. Tonya was extremely knowledgeable about all areas on Jackson Lake and did an excellent job helping me find just the right house. She was very thorough from beginning to end, keeping everything moving along and making sure the whole process went smoothly. She was especially helpful in dealing with the peculiarities of closing on a Georgia Power lease lot. There's no one else I would go to for buying or selling on Jackson Lake.

Tonya was the sellers broker and she was very quick to respond and answer all my questions. Anytime I had any questions she would get me an answer in a timely manner. She was very nice and friendly. She was wonderful. If I ever sell my home or property I would definitely use her. I wish every experience with a realtor would be as pleasant as with dealing with Tonya.

We have had the pleasure of working with Tonya in the past she is very pleasant, thorough and professional! She got us well over list we couldn't be happier !! Tonya did a wonderful job for us I would not consider using another realtor!! I have worked with other realtors in the past she far surpassed them in all areas!!
