Tracey Carpe

Tracey was a great help in selling my Dad's condo. She always answered our many questions quickly and accurately, and explained every step as we navigated through all the complex processes involved in selling a home. She even took care of issues that arose while we were traveling in the Philippines and Africa. I'd definitely recommend her services.

Tracey came into a somewhat difficult situation. She stepped in and listened to all of my needs and my concerns and addressed them all. She never made me feel as if I was not a part of the sale. Tracey was easy to talk to easy to get a hold of, and I felt as if she was always listening to me. By the time the house was listed the market was not the best, and the sale was not going to be a very large one. Tracey worked as if she was selling $1 million home and me and my family are very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend Tracey to anybody looking to buy or sell a home..

Tracey was really easy to work with. She followed our needs and was always available when needed. She was very supportive and helpful with the purchase of our new home and was there every step of the way. She worked with our sales person to ensure any issues were resolved in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend working with Tracey.
