Tracey Dobbins

Tracey provides her clients the reality of the market and does not try to tell you what you "want to hear." Her pulse on the market was spot on as demonstrated by her marketing strategies that spanned beyond just open houses but also out reach. Her communication through the entire journey left no mystery regarding feedback from visitors and brokers. It was a real pleasure working with her.

Tracey is the best realtor my husband and I have met, considering we had been real estate investors for many years. It was a blessing to have met her at an open house during the pandemic. She listed and sold 2 rental properties for us, both selling in a week or less. She's very kind, efficient, reliable, flexible, punctual, helpful and understanding. We will continue to refer her to our friends and family members for their real estate needs.

I appreciated everything Mrs. Tracey has supported me throught and with. Mrs. Tracey was very patient and very helpful with problem solving when issues or concerns arrived during the home searching process.
