We were unable to be present prior to closing, Tracy was kind enough to do the final walkthrough to ensure all the repairs were made. Exceptional customer service! Tracy accommodated our short house hunting timeline by showing us more houses per day to ensure we saw all that we could/wanted. We always felt as if our wants and needs were taken care of!
