Tracy was so easy to work with when we sold my parent’s home. She explained things quickly to me over texts (as I understood and have more experience with real estate) and she took the time to call my parents and explain it to them so they knew how it would work too. She had great insights into pricing and what really needed to be done to the house to sell it. She made it easy to close on the house after my parents moved out of state and was on top of every detail. Tracy cares about your wants and needs when looking at homes. She really cares about you being happy about your purchase. She is very straight forward with you, which can be tough at times but she tells the honest truth! Tracy is also a fun person to work with committee to you. If there is any issue, she will definitely go to bat for you and do everything she can to help.
