She is such a joy to work with, genuine, caring, extremely knowledgeable, knows the process super well and can help anyone understand it, and is super easy to talk to. She is available at almost all hours of the day for questions or clarification. She will fight for you to make sure everything is working in your benefit and get the most out of every deal. Tracy was very patient true to word with her actions was able to ease my anxieties when they came up. Like most people know that selling a home is one of the greater stressors that we can deal with in experiences thru our lives and what stood out to me was when a prospective buyer was interested in property Tracy did her magic but then she had to let me know that they were not able to purchase or put a offer in. Hope was diminishing but Tracy was able to calm my anxieties and lift up my hopes again. Tracy stated “ we are going to sell your property just have to find the right one (buyer).” And the moral to this story, property was sold just believe because it can happen with the right people working together.
