Tressy Brown

Tressy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire home-buying process. We began our search for our forever home about nine months ago and took a break over the summer. When we were ready to start again, she immediately put together a great list of options and had us touring homes that same week. As first-time homebuyers, we didn’t know what to expect, but Tressy made everything easy to understand and guided us through every step with patience and care. She was always communicative, informative, and truly had our best interests at heart. We never once doubted that she was advocating for us the entire way.

The two most important things to me in selling my house was that Tressy came recommended by a trusted person I knew in the community and that she was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and how to price my house effectively. She met both of those requirements perfectly. The house was sold for exactly the price we originally listed it at.

Tressy was absolutely amazing! My husband and I struggled with finding a home with our first preapproval amount; however, Tressy referred us to a different mortgage officer, who was able to increase our preapproval amount! Tressy & her husband, Matt, were very quick about scheduling showings for us when we were interested in viewing a home. They both were very communicative about everything through the process! We could not have asked for a better first time buyer experience! Thank you both so so much!
