Trevor was extraordinary. I am located in Toronto and was the contact for the sale of my parents' home. He could not have done a better job of managing what needed to be done with the house pre-listing and sale and on more than one occasion, he went well above and beyond what one might expect from an agent. The transition of my parents from their home was not the easiest thing and the one area I didn't have to worry a lot about was the sale of the house. I am hard pressed to think another agent would have been as helpful as Trevor; my instinct after interviewing three agents was that he would be the right choice. He certainly was.

We cant say enough about how helpful Trevor was through this process. We thought buying a house was going to be stressful, especially for a couple of introverts, but as soon as we met Trevor, we instantly felt at ease, and actually really looked forward to going to look at places and really enjoyed the process! He is incredibly down to earth, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, patient, has a great sense of humour, and really knows his stuff. Trevor joined us to every home in the areas we wanted to see. At least once a week, he would send us listings of homes, according to what we wanted the features we needed and the price range we told him we wanted to pay. After putting in several offers on different locations, we finally found the perfect cottage/home of our dreams (with a little work of course), we found a piece of heaven in nature, close to the beach, in nature, fresh air, less traffic, a bungalow with two bathrooms, a few bedrooms, that we will change around a bit a bedroom for guests - a large living area to accomodate family and friends. What more could we ask for? After selling our home, Trevor sent a Thank You treat - Simply Edible Fruit Arrangement with balloons. After moving to our new home, Trevor treated us to a home inspection by Cardinal Inspections, Jeff - who throughly inspected our home and advised us of the condition of the important things in our home, and offered a report. Thank you Trevor for that and Jeff, it was wonderful to meet you and we will recommend you to others who may need an inspection of their home.
