Tricia and Kim were very helpful during the sales process by providing guidance on how to prepare the house for showings. The open house event was well attended, and many showings were given. A reasonable offer was quickly obtained. Even though a hurricane delayed our ability to close quickly, they were able maintain the process going forward. Tricia was very helpful during negotiations with the buyer. Her approach was much appreciated. I really appreciated their effort, and I would happily recommend them to others as seller agents.

Tricia and Kimberly Burda are exceptional. They went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected. They showed me close to 100 houses before finding the RIGHT home for me. They maintained a cheerful and encouraging demeanor when I became discouraged at looking for a home.
