Tricia and Kim did a wonderful job for me throughout the entire process. They were on top of everything that was going on. Great communication keeping me in the loop when there were things that were needed from me, as well as giving me heads up when there were showings. Very proactive holding open houses nearly every weekend. Just all around great job in selling my home. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to sell their home.

The Burda Team was excellent and helped us to achieve our dream home! They are attentive, responsive, and worked diligently through long nights in order to exceed deadlines and expectations. We highly recommend the Burda Team!

Tricia and Kim were absolutely awesome! From start to finish they were excellent. Their communication and knowledge of the area was first class. They became family and although we have left the Houston area if we were ever to return we would call Tricia and Kim without hesitation. I couldn’t ask for a better team. They sold our house in 2 days above listing!

Working with Tricia Burda and Kimberley Burda, the Burda Team, has restored our faith in realtors. The Burda team worked very hard to get us the best price for our home in the shortest amount of time. They are a very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, available, and an ethical team, that is working hard for their client. When we decided to sell our home I researched agents using various ways. Tricia Burda and the Burda Team always stayed at the top of my list. I contacted Tricia Burda to schedule a meeting. The very next day we met and their marketing presentation was exceptional. The recommended pricing was perfect to attract a large audience and the advertising was on target. By selecting the Burda Team, we also had the Gary Green - Champions organization and team of agents with us also. With their presence in the communities they serve they are all aware of market conditions and have an extensive list of families looking for homes. Whether selling or buying a home I would highly recommend the Burda Team, Tricia and Kimberley Burda, as I know they would be working hard for their client to get the best deal possible.

Tricia and her team had been in contact with us for years, even though we hadn't even thought about selling. We went to one open house that she was running, and she always sent us personalized cards and mailings after, which made us really want to work with her to sell our home quickly. Very glad we made that decision!

My husband and I are so happy with our experience using Tricia and Kim Burda with Gary Greene-Champions! They work so wonderfully together and got a contract on our house the same week it was listed!! They are such a pleasure to work with and you will feel like they have become family by the time the contract on the house is executed. Very warm and welcoming. Burda team is the best!!

We met Tricia at an open house and were impressed by her. She was very understanding of our needs, was patient, professional and wonderful to work with. She found us a new home after we lost ours in Harvey. We will be forever grateful for her help!
