Tristan made the process of selling and buying much less stressful that I had imagined it would be. She is extremely knowledgeable and very fun to work with. I would highly recommend her for your home buying or selling needs!

Tristan was awesome! She made the whole process so easy! We only had to worry about our own finances and getting packed!! She handled all repairs and provided invoices, she always had an answer to our question, very helpful! She was amazing and I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy a house

Tristan was all around AMAZING! She made the whole process a breeze and I could not imagine using anyone else! She is the best!

If you want the best then you go with Tristan Edge, plain and simple. She knew how much the market was for our house, and got it under contract within 4 days. She is always available (as if her phone never leaves her side) and truly looks out for her clients needs. She makes a very stressful situation very easy and seamless. Tristan sold our old home and got us into our brand new dream home, and the only hard part was waiting patiently until closing day. She is the ONLY realtor we would use. She's not just a realtor, she's family ;).
