We were very pleased with the whole experience, Twila Bertrand was very helpful in explaining everything to us & answering all our questions. Everything went very smooth & quick, took a lot off of our shoulders by having someone handle everything for us. She was very professional, made the buying experience so much easier. We would definitely use her again.

I was very satisfied with Twila Bertrand. I chose her because I believed her to be honest and trust worthy. She was exactly that, and then some by going above and beyond for me in the sale of my house.

Twila is professional and easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market. The whole process of selling my house from start to finish went smoothly. I highly recommend Twila Bertrand and Century 21 Cota Realty.

Twila is one of the best realtors on the planet. She knows the ins and outs of every transaction and make the whole thing a breeze. Her performance is on another level. Never had a realtor so dedicated to making sure we were satisfied. Every problem was handled, every issue addressed, every expectation exceeded. Just a joy to to do business with all around.

Perfect. Couldn’t have been better. Twila is the best. Not like she’s great and does a great job, no she is straight up the best out there. She’s a professional that is down to earth and works her butt off for her clients. As far as I’m concerned there is no reason to use anyone else. She’ll always have my business. I could go on for ages. She rules. She’s the best there is. Super duper happy

Twila was just so honest. She never ones tried to sell us a home. She was not pushy. That is something both my husband and I really liked about her, she let us decide if we liked one or not. She made us knowledgeable of every single home that we went out and looked at. And she was always on top of everything. Being my husband and my first home I am really glad Twila was put in our path to help us with our first time home buying experience. She definitely knew everything about a home and had an answer for every question we had. I will definitely be recommending her to every one I know that will be looking to buy a home! Twila knows everything about everything. From the money side to the house flaws. She will not lie to you In order for you to buy a home. With my husband and I being in a tight budget we wanted to know all the numbers up front and she was able to provide all that right then and there while we were talking. She is extremely patient at explaining everything to us. Especially because I’m sure that we asked the same questions like 10 times. She handled everything from the negotiation to the deposit. She was always available to talk if I had a question. If she didn’t answer right then and there she would call me back a few minutes later or text me letting me know she will call me as soon as she got the chance. This experience was not stressful just because we had Twila by our side. My husband and I were talking about a few weeks ago about when we are old and have extended our family and this home gets to small to live in and start getting ready to look for another home, we are hoping Twila has not retired yet because we truly would love her to work with us again!

Twila was instrumental in the sale of my house. Without her my home sale wouldn’t have happened as soon.
