I would highly recommend Twila Bertrand as an agent to any of my family and friends. She made the whole process painless. She was incredibly responsive to any questions and concerns and always got back to me in a timely matter. Definitely a go-getter and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

Twila is an excellent realtor and a very special lady. Couldn't have asked for a better person to handle our purchase.

Twila Bertrand, From my family to you (Thank YOU) for making the purchase of our home a simple process. I would like to personally thank you for turning this house into our home a place for my kids to grow and love. For answering all of our questions and call outs with a smile. Thank you, Joey Scott

Excellent service understands listens and goes out of her way to make sure you're getting what you want no complaints at all best realtor person I could have had

Twila Bertrand was most accommodating, efficient, professional and most of all, she understood my situation entirely. She was always instantly available when I had questions or was uncertain about how to proceed at any stage of the transaction. She helped me understand and kept me informed of everything that was going on throughout the entire procedure. She was on "top of the game." Twila was out for a few weeks for the delivery of her son. She had a couple of other agents fill in for her during this time and they were absolutely fabulous! The entire staff of Century 21 with whom I dealt, from the receptionist to the broker, were delightfully friendly, helpful, and totally professional. I never submitted a request or asked a question that was not instantly taken care of....and I had a lot of questions and requests!

We were very appreciative of Twila meeting us on short notice on a Saturday to evaluate the property and provide us with a potential sale price. We had two offers within two days of her putting it on the market. Overall good experience. Thankful for her promptness getting it advertised and under contract in record time.

Jodie Millard with Realty Services Team in Medford, Oregon, who is also my step mother, chose Twila Bertrand by researching and comparing her with other agents in the area. She was impressed with her record. Twila was so patient as we looked at houses in different areas, and she anticipated our needs so many times and was spot on. Twila went above and beyond expectations in every aspect, she explained everything so that we understand completely the process of choosing and purchasing our new home. Twila was amazing and knew exactly what our needs were and met each one. I would highly recommend Twila.

Twila was always available when I had questions. She throughly explained everything to me when something wasn’t quite clear. I will always appreciate all she did for me in the sale of my house!
