Twila is the most dedicated Realtor I have ever worked with and I have been purchasing properties since 1995. She will treat you like family, looking out for your best interest. She is very patient as my husband can ask a million questions, but she was able to answer them all and put his mind at ease that she was our agent and looking out for our best interest and truly wanted us to find a home we would be completely satisfied with.

Twila and Becky, and the whole team as Century 21 Cota Realty were outstanding! They went above and beyond while helping us in the purchase of our new home. So greatful for all of their help. Twila Bertrand worked so hard for us, and could not have been kinder through the whole process! Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable in obtaining a great deal on a great home! We could not be happier.

i could not believe how fast and easy it was to sell our house and firmly believe it was because of Twila. She is a hard worker who knows the area, the people, and her job. Would strongly recommend using her to anyone.

Twila Bertrand was extremely quick in getting me in to see a property. I was pleased with the opportunity to buy from her!

Twila is very professional, helpful, considerate, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would recommend her for any realty needs in the Lufkin and
