When we first met twila, we liked her right away. She made you feel like best friends, and was willing to do anything for you. She the best agent we've ever had

Twila was a top notch realtor. Was very professional and friendly at all times. Answered every question we had to ask her even in the stressful times. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and every one who wants to buy a home and wants an honest realtor.

I like Twila fast approach to sell the house, the price she suggested was what I was expecting. We talked for the fist time on a Wednesday, she took pictures Thursday and Friday she posted it in different online sites (like zillow, har, etc.), By Monday I have 3 showings and by Tuesday I have more showings and several offers. In less than a week I had a contract and sold the house. These days people buy online and its is really important to place online pictures and information fast, if you are selling you need a realtor who do this; also when I made a comment about how I believed God was going to help me to sell my house fast she said she always prays for all the houses she is working with, and I felt confident she was going to do it. and she did. She sold my house in a week. I will recommend Twila to anyone selling a house.

Twila was very helpful and kind. We will for sure be doing business with her again in the future .

We were looking for a seasoned agent and stumbled across Twila. I knew upfront when she answered our screening questions she would be great. As someone that has had great and bad agents....this one is excellent!

She worked for seven long months to find the needle in the haystack we were looking for. Could have washed her hands of us sooner, but she stuck to it. Got us into a house that pleased the girl and the guy was happy with also. Both of us got what we were both looking for. I think it took a bit for Ms. Bertrand to figure out what we were looking for. I know that is the buyers fault. She had to wade through our unsure descriptions, imprecise requests. She waded through all of that and found what we were looking for. Would you say, "Miracle Worker"? The case can be made for it. In short, if you want: 1. Someone who will listen to all of your requests, 2. Hunt tirelessly for you, 3. Keep you in the loop of all that is occurring, 4. Constantly searching to find the most current listing to fill your needs, 5. Negotiate a good price for you, 6. Put a thousand miles on her car to find your house. You will not go wrong with Twila Bertrand. Should you desire less, seek someone else.

Twila did an excellent job in all aspects. She was very resourceful in getting the house ready for showing and went above and beyond throughout the closing process. I felt very confident in her abilities and appreciative of all she did throughout the whole process.

We were very pleased with Twila how she stayed in contact with us after we had giving up with wanting to purchase a home. Twila has been excellent working with us in trying to purchase a home. We love how she followed up and answered any questions we had. I know that I am very difficult to work with but Twila never got upset with me she always stayed positive. We were just amazed at her services and will never forget her and will recommend her to family and friends.
