Twila was the soul of patience and was wonderful to respond to my anxiety attacks! She was kind, lively and very understanding as well as totally professional Twila is wonderful. I hope I can count her as a friend. The owner of the house we purchased was difficult to say the least, but Twila was so polite and professional!

Since we were "out of town buyers" it would have been almost impossible to get the deal closed without her knowledge of the land and moblie home practices and taxes in Trinity County in general, how to get the property and mobile financed, and all of the details we needed for closing. We felt that by the most part, things went smoothly in the midst of the craziness of purchasing a home. I always felt that Twila was on our side. We felt that we could trust her to know what we were looking for in a home. She was always polite, kind, respectful, but above all professional.

Twila went above and beyond in handling this sale, I purchased a HUD foreclosure on a FHA loan, the HUD management company was very difficult to deal with and the mortgage company had Ludicrous demands, between the two I wanted to walk away from the purchase. Twila held it together and helped make things happen. Twila was extremely knowledgeable and was able to put together as good or better a comparison review than the appraisal company. I would recommend and intend to use Twila again as buyer or seller agent.
