Moving to a new state is daunting. Twila helped us tremendously. We had a wide range of locations to pick from and Twila ensured we had information on each of the houses we viewed. We ran into difficulties with the house we chose, but Twila used her knowledge to ensure we had the best deal and walked us through the process.

Twila is AMAZING! Worked with us and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way! So thankful we had her to help us navigate this process. 10/10 recommend!

Twila was recommended to us by a friend and we are so thankful she was. She was very attentive and understanding of our needs and constantly provided us with reassurance. She is extremely knowledgeable with every step of the buying process. We had been praying and saving to be homeowners again and Twila made the experience a great one. I would highly recommend her again and again!

Mrs Twila was one of the best real estate agents we’ve had in our 20 years of buying and selling real estate. She was available and moved quickly to find us a new home in a limited market after selling ours in under a week. She facilitated work with a contractor for our listed home as well as the one we bought. We trusted her for the purchase of our new home as well as she was a great negotiator and was able to get the purchase price to what we felt comfortable paying by being incredibly knowledgeable of the area and not accepting a contract for more than we felt comfortable paying. I cannot recommend her enough. Her expertise, care of her clients, and knowledge truly saved us thousands.

She was well informed of the property, area, and was realistic but took our concerns and expectations into great consideration. She is genuine and wants the best for you and your family. I feel like that is a very important quality to have and she has it! I will definitely use her again if I need to buy any other property or houses in the future!

Although I personally didn't really like the sell price. But was agreed on by family to sell moms house at this price. Twila was very helpful and very patient with me while I was dealing with the craziness of my family. She gave me great advice and was always very professional. Every question I asked she gave me a quick knowledgeable response! When I need services from a realtor again I will call Twila again!
