Twila Bertrand was amazing every step of the way. We had a long search process followed by an equally long purchase process due to the type of financing and acreage home purchase we were persueing. Twila was able to educate us on portions of our VA loan process we were not aware of and effectively communicate with our home seller to explain the requirements of our VA loan. She was a realistic and fair negotiator. Clear and available communication was the big standout! I only wish i had more homes to purchase with her. I would certainly reccomend her to anyone who asks.

I was unsure that I could sell my home in its condition but Twila assured me that she could sell our home within 4 months. Her marketing, pricing, and time frame estimates were spot on.
