He is the best, he helped as a lot. Thank you Tyler Wilkening

Very professional and understanding.

We had a great experience working with Tyler when we purchased our first home. When we decided to sell our house and purchase another, it was never a question as to whom we would go to. Tyler works hard to ensure his clients get the best possible deal out of the transaction, and has the connections to move properties quickly.

Tyler worked hard for me. I was moving from a city two hours away, and Tyler made good use of the time when I could come and look at homes. He also scouted properties in advance and correctly warned me away from a couple that weren't good. Tyler knew the Des Moines area and surrounding area very well. I appreciated that Tyler worked with me on my criteria and price point and helped me find an excellent home. I recommend Tyler as a realtor.

Very knowledgeable in the new construction market
