Uros was highly knowledgeable with the local market. He came prepared with comparable homes and was kind, patient, and informative with us (especially as it was our first time selling a home). He suggested a sweet spot and projected target for the sale of our home and he was spot on. It was a pleasure to work with him on the sale of our home.

Please see testimonial from my wife Kimberly Best

We did our research, interviewed a few different brokers but Uros came so highly recommended and after meeting him it was easy to see why! You could tell how well he knew the area, came extremely well prepared, and gave a great evaluation of our home! Uros was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional throughout this whole process. He always made himself very available to us and answered all of our questions and kept us at ease during the sale of our home. If you are looking for a broker, you can't ask for any better then Uros, he will go above and beyond for you!

Uros was a pleasure to deal with, he was so personable and quick to respond. He also had my property sold much faster then expected and exceeded all my expectations. Uros did an amazing job. I thought I was stuck with this property for ever but Uros walked me through the process and took care of everything. Biggest plus is how fast he had it sold.

Uros Markovic was wonderful to work with, really understanding and respectful of our family's wants and needs during this process, while being honest and open with us during the process. Having met with a couple of other realtors previously and not having a good experience we knew right away we wanted to work with Uros after speaking to him and realizing how pleasant, open, and honest he is to work with. Uros' approach to the marketing of our home was perfect, using new technologies and media platforms to advertise our property, and understanding the demographic that should be marketed to resulted in a quick and happy sale. We would highly recommend Uros for any property sale!

Throughout the process, Uros made us feel that he is working for our best interest. He kept open and transparent communication. He showed excellent knowledge of what he is doing. His hard work is evident from beginning to end, he was always there to answer our questions and provide feedback. Overall we are very pleased and would highly recommend Uros.

Uros was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond answering our questions about the market and the selling process well before we even technically hired him. He helped us plan when to go to market and when we got there, he worked hard to showcase our home in the best possible light. Our friends and family were impressed with his professional video tour of our home and community, including us. Obviously the market helped, but our home sold within days and the sale went relatively smoothly. Uros got us a great deal that was beyond our initial expectation. We would recommend him to anyone.

Uros was so helpful and effective with selling of my condo from day 1. He created marketing plan, guided me through the process and answered all my 800 questions so I can make good and timely decisions. Uros is pleasure to work with. Very polite and knowledgeable, every question answered promptly. Uros amazingly handled negotiations with the buyer.
