Another wonderful adventure with Uros. He is a very professional person and a real pleasure to work with. One of the things I appreciate most about him is that even if my questions or requests don’t always make perfect sense, he still takes the time to find the answer even reaching out to the builder when necessary so that I can make the best decision for my purchase. He follows up consistently without ever putting pressure. This is my second project with him, and I have no doubt we’ll be doing more together soon.

It was truly a pleasure working with Uros Markovic throughout the purchase of our property. Your dedication and expertise made the process smooth and enjoyable. We are happy to share our positive experience It’s inspiring to see how you genuinely care about your clients and strive for excellence. Thank you once again for your support. I'm excited about this new chapter and appreciate your role in making it happen!

We were under impression that builder promo price was final price, but Uros managed to get us additional 12k better deal. This is our third time that we are using Uros and his expertise. All family is extremely satisfied with location and builder that Uros managed to find home for us. Also Uros connected us with excellent mortgage Broker. We will definitely continue to work with Uros in the future.

After meeting Mr Urso Markovic. I can testify that he owns the competency, skills and knowledge when it comes to real estate. All my box's were ticked as he meet all my expectations. What a great guy he is and I would definitely recommend his services.

Excellent

Uros was a huge help while I was making my first home purchase. From the time I first contacted him to express my interest in potentially buying a place until after closing he was very organized and professional. He took the time to explain the steps necessary to make a purchase and made the process as easy as possible. After putting an offer in he organized the inspection, lawyer and document review which took a lot of stress away from myself. He went out of his way to view a unit for me since i'm not from Calgary. He also attended the Condo Inspection and checked on repairs needed in the unit when I was unable to do so.

Uros Markovic is a professional that goes extra miles for his clients. He is available, resourcesful and capable of providing solutions. I would strongly recommend his service.

I had the pleasure of working with Uros Markovic once again and was impressed by his outstanding professionalism. He is always available, attentive to needs, and capable of providing smart, timely solutions. A valuable asset I wholeheartedly recommend.
