I hadn't used a realtor in Calgary before - i requested recommendations through our local marketplace page: 32 different realtors were suggested. i investigated each and every one of them. I chose Uros Markovic initially due to two factors: he was the most recommended and he had the most active listings of any of the realtors. During our first meeting, he described his selling strategy and offered up recommendations he felt confident would increase the purchase price. He was prepared with data: showing me a pair of similar listings with the aforementioned upgrades and without, and then what each sold for. Very thorough.
