Val Hooton

Val is one of a kind! This is the second home I have purchased with her and the fifth home my family has purchased with Val in the past five years! She is so genuine when it comes to giving personal advice on what she would advise her own children to do, and she is so well versed in the Indy area. Val is thoughtful when it comes to budget, she is realistic when it comes to location, and she is knowledgeable and confident to tell me when the home has issues or isn't a right fit. Val is willing to go the extra mile, see house after house, and spend time explaining the details of the home. Val provides insightful knowledge from her experience. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with!

Val was amazing! She was so helpful with navigating all the things that have to do with prepping, listing, negotiating, navigating repairs, and signing. She was incredibly communicative and made us feel very at ease throughout the whole process, even when it could have felt incredibly stressful. I would absolutely work with Val again and recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.

Val is truly a master of her craft. She is incredibly knowledgeable regarding the home buying process. Her experience and knowledge is invaluable. We would recommend her to anyone.
