Val Park has Incredible follow up, she was constant and consistent in keeping me advised as to what was being done, and when property was being shown. Val gave excellent advice, this gal is a critical thinker. I would not consider using anyone else. This was a vacant lot, so this sales approach was different than selling a house. The photography really showcased the property. Since this was my last lot, I have relocated out of state, this never affected the incredible service provided. Val is amazing and I used her for sale of my home, and several other lots. Her attention to detail never varied other than she just keeps getting better as she learns about her client allowing her to provide event better service. I have sold homes in other areas, Val is the best agent I have ever worked with. Her ability to describe and picture the property meant a lot to the sale. Val took care of me, and she will take care of you, she is the best.

Val was extremely helpful from start to finish. She went above and beyond!

Val was absolutely amazing!! She was on top of everything from finding homes that fit my family's needs to negotiating with the other realtor company and keeping me informed on what was going on! 10 out of 10 would recommend her to family and friends! Could not have asked for a better realtor! She was easy to talk to and ask any questions I had as well as she was able to have an answer quickly if she didn't already have the answer. Was very friendly and funny made for a good realtor to tour with!

I would recommend Val Park to sell my home, because she handled it professionally, to our satisfaction. Val possesses the experience, knowledge and qualities it takes to handle the sale!

We have dealt with Valerie Park on previous transactions and in my opinion she does an excellent job in properly advising the client, and then marketing the property and getting it sold quickly. She does an excellent job in keeping the client informed throughout the transaction and thinking about all the details that the client may overlook. She is one awesome agent!!
