Val is great at what she does! She has a keen understanding and expertise about houses, structural and functional. I found this very helpful as I knew very little about pivotal information about houses and buying a home. Val is warm and friendly, easy to talk to and very down to earth... she makes you feel at ease during what could be a very stressful time. Val really got to the bottom of what our needs were and then searched for our dream home with a fine tooth comb. I would highly recommend Val Styer to help you with your home buying needs. Thank you for all your assistance Val, it is truly appreciated!!

We were first time home buyers and Val Styer gave us a lot of very useful insight and information about buying a home. She treated us like family. She was excellent to work with; very nice, professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. She was patient with us and explained a lot about the process since we were new to it. She even asked for seller clarification on certain aspects of the house that we had not even thought to ask about. She found us the type of home we were looking for and we are very happy with the result. We would recommend Val to anyone, especially first time home buyers! Thank you Val!

Val made the purchasing process of our new home relatively painless. She was easy to communicate with, could call or text at anytime of day. She kept us in the loop constantly with her communication with the builder/seller, and provided us with valuable information pertaining to the local areas. Would recommend without hesitation.
