Valerie was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional. She made every step of the process easy with great communication.

We stumbled upon Valerie when we wanted to look at a house and even though the house we first looked at wasn't the one we instantly knew Valerie was. Her knowledge and professionalism while understanding what we were looking for instantly sold us. The second house we looked at with her that she sent our way ended up being the one and we are so happy and plan on making it our forever home. I would highly recommend Valerie's service when purchasing a home and we are currently using her to list our previous home as well. I know she will help us in getting it sold.

Valerie was great to work with. She has extensive knowledge about the local real estate market and was able to answer all of our questions. We worked with Valerie on a previous sale and purchase and felt very comfortable contacting her again to represent us for our recent sale. We were thrilled with the pictures she had taken and the description of our house. It sold in two days and Valerie helped us worked through issues that came up prior to closing. Valerie's assistant did a great job as well.

I highly recommend Valerie Edwards-Perry as an agent. She can get the job done. Valerie was extremely easy to with work. She was very realistic about the price and the time that it would take to sell the property which I really appreciated. I enjoyed working with her and would definitely use her again.

Valerie Edwards-Perry is truly exceptional. This was our fourth real estate transaction with her, and we wouldn’t consider using anyone else. She’s an excellent communicator, understands the market inside and out, and keeps the process clear and stress-free from start to finish. One of the things we value most is Valerie’s network of trusted professionals—movers, staging companies, title services, and contractors—which made everything so much easier on us. If Valerie trusts them, we do too. She offers a comprehensive level of service that no one else we’ve worked with can match. Highly recommended!!!

Valerie rocks! She helped my wife and I buy our first investment property and we had an excellent experience. Valerie took the time to walk us through so many important details when it comes to investment properties, which was way above and beyond what was required to close the transaction. Her strategy and knowledge were really critical to our success and we appreciate that so much. This was our second home purchase with Valerie and certainly won't be the last.

As first-time home buyers, Valerie answered all our questions candidly. She and her team were proactive in pointing out potential concerns, expectations, or changes without us prompting them. While visiting homes, she let us know what may indicate structural issues, what homes may retain value best, and what was reasonable to negotiate on. Even with all this guidance, she ensured that we knew the decision was always ours to make. I couldn't be happier with the outcome or the service provided. Valerie was recommended to us by a friend, and I'd also gladly recommend her to anyone else.

Valerie Edwards-Perry was a joy to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the sale of our property and she put extra effort into marketing the home.

Valerie was the most knowledgeable, honest and direct realtor I've ever worked with. She understood our wants and needs and was quick to communicate open properties to us. She was personable and a complete joy to work with. I highly recommend using Valerie and will use her again in the future.
