We had a great experience selling our house through Valerie Edwards Perry. She was honest and up front with us about the changes we needed to make to our home to get it ready to sell, and boy did it work! Our house sold in less then a week the first time (seller financing fell through). Valerie quickly rebounded and on our second go-around we had two more full asking price offers in less than 24 hours! It was such a blessing, and we couldn't have done with without her help! Our experience buying a house was quite difficult, to no fault of Valerie's. My husband and I were a bit indecisive, to say the least. With so few homes available, and homes hitting and leaving the market within days, we urgently looked at home after home without really nailing down what is was we were looking for. Because our home sold so quickly, time was of the essence. It's very possible Zillow was the number one website accessed in the month of April thanks to us. Valerie had to gently reel us in. She, along with our loan officer, worked with our budget to identify several houses we didn't know were a possibility. One of those houses we now call "home" and we couldn't be more thankful for Valerie's patience and thoroughness through this stressful situation. When the time comes to buy another home, we will definitely be calling Valerie again! (I just hope she doesn't cringe when she gets the call!)

Valerie was incredible. I don't think she could have done a better job. There were so many curve balls thrown at us by our sellers and she handled each of them like a pro. She educated us on the whole process and made sure that our best interests were ALWAYS protected. She fought for us when there needed to be a fight and she sweet talked when that was the best method. She really worked exceptionally hard for us and I couldn't imagine doing this again without her.
