I would give Valerie 100% satisfaction as my agent, She is a go getter, I would recommend Valerie Edwards to my friends and family and if I have the need for her again I would for sure use her.

Valerie was extremely helpful with the sell of our home. We could not come to an agreement with the first offer so the house went back on the market and Valerie was determined to sell it again! She brought her buyers in and we had an offer on the house within a few weeks. Valerie answered all of my questions no matter what time of day it was. I would recommend Valerie to everyone!!!

We first worked with Valerie Edwards when we purchased our first home with her. She is very patient and understood that we are very demanding people with limited time. She helped us to handle many difficult situations that arose. It took us forever to finally pick and end up with our current home that we just closed on and we took Valerie on quite a journey, but she was still smiling afterward and was a good sport with us the entire way! I would work with her again and recommend her to others!

Valerie was wonderful! She was incredibly patient with us during our home search, even though we had no idea what we were really looking for in the beginning. We toured so many homes that they all began to look the same to me, but Valerie was just as enthusiastic at the end as she was in the beginning. Our house purchase was so complicated and drawn out, that we thought it would not even happen! I'm sure any other agent would have given up, but not Valerie! She followed procedures and met deadlines while the seller's agent did not! The seller's agent was a disaster, but Valerie worked with us to overcome all obstacles that were created due to their inability to meet deadlines. Valerie fought for us and we couldn't be more grateful! I would highly recommend Valerie!

Valerie called me just four days after listing our home with "The perfect offer"! After months of heartache trying to sell on our own I was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude! Great offer in 4 days - Team Perry rocks! Thank you Neil for all of your behind-the-scenes effort and hardwork- it did not go unnoticed!! Valerie and Neil were available whenever we made contact which I really appreciated whether it was email, phone, or text. Valerie truly has a passion for making her clients happy and satisfied. She is very driven and motivated to bring in the best deal. She answered all of our questions honestly and kept things transparent throughout the entire process. We had previously listed our house FSBO to try and make more of a profit. Our previous buyer had us tied up in negotiations for months. We were losing money and our sanity. It was definately a strain on our marriage and life in general. After listing with Valerie my husband frequently commented how nice it was to not have the daily burden of worrying about our buyers. Valerie increased the listing price by only 3% but doubled our actual profit compared to our previous experience. Not to mention the fact that she saved us from the headache of trying to do it all on our own! Well worth the investment! Next time we know to call Team Perry first!!! I contacted Valerie about listing our home and she came out the very next day! We can't say enough good things about Valerie and Neil! They make an excellent team and we highly recommend them! They excel in their industry and provide great customer service!
