Valerie Perry has handled two other loans for me in the past and has always done a great job. I would never use anyone else. Valerie is hands down the best realtor. She works so hard 24/7 to make herself available and accessible. She does an amazing job handling the tough conversations between buyer and seller when money is involved. She is extremely knowledgeable and had no problem telling me no when my ideas were far-fetched. I value her honesty and felt at ease knowing she had my back.
