We have used Valerie Nielson for two home purchases and two home sales (second sale in process). Valerie is very knowledgeable of the process and all the connections needed to complete the sales and purchases. It was comforting to know that she would always answer our calls and her advise has always been spot on. Hopefully we are now in our forever home but would not hesitate to recommend Valerie to other sellers and buyers.

Valerie was very helpful in all the steps during this process. She got us into see properties of interest very fast. We appreciate all her help.

Valerie Nielson is my go-to agent for anything real estate related. I texted her on a Monday that I needed a house ASAP in an emergency situation, sent me multiple listings meeting my requirements, put an offer in 4 days later and within 2 weeks I became an official first time homeowner! Not only will I choose her in the future for further business, I also highly recommend her to anyone looking to get things done. Valerie made this the easiest and most stress free experience. I have never been one for paperwork, but she showed her expertise by explaining everything clearly and in detail which gave me confidence in knowing exactly what I was signing. It is always reassuring to have some one who is as knowledgeable and helpful as Valerie, especially when it's your first experience of buying a house.

Valerie was extremely helpful during our buying process, even though at times we were getting frustrated by being outbid. She kept us grounded and positive that we would find the house right for us. I would recommend her to anyone in the housing market, even if they are not in the Butte area. Thanks Val!

Valerie is amazing, spent a very long time helping us find our house, but not once did she ever complain about that 2.5hr drive. Always cheery, always available for information. And super awesome. Thanks Val The Morrows

Valerie was very professional when we were purchasing our home. She was helpful in recommending contractors for us since we were moving from another state. She was in contact with us throughout the buying process. We would recommend Valerie to others.
