We were looking to sell our house in a quick manner but didn't think it was possible. Vanessa was confident we could do it if we did everything right, and that we did! From the first iteraction to the actual sell, she was fantastic. She conducted us in having all the documents organized, setting up the photo session, marketing it online. We had a constant loop of information about prospects, visits, etc. We never felt not being taking care of. She found a buyers very very quickly and after the offer was made she was still present on the negotiations and finally on the actual signing of the contract. Everything worked well and we are very greatfull to have chosen Vanessa as our broker. Couldn't recommend her enough.
