Verna went above and beyond for my brother and I. We listed the property with her because she had the property next door listed and my mom heard good things about her. When our mother passed, my brother and I became absentee owners. We live 1000 miles away and Verna would check on the house for us and let us know when a problem arose so i could take care of it in a timely manner. As the sale progressed, she helped us logistically with letting people in the home to facilitate the necessary work.
