We thank you, Verna ... for EVERYTHING! You are a true force to be reckoned with (in all the best ways). We so appreciate your knowledge, and never ending willingness to help us. We loved every second of time spent with you, and consider you more than a dear friend - you are family, and we're blessed to have met you. We'd 100% recommend anyone who needs a true professional, who is extremely dedicated, and knowledgeable to reach out to Verna. You won't be disappointed!

In our many years of searching for a manufactured home in Ft Myers & N Ft Myers - we have dealt with a few realtors and honestly V is a top notch realtor and a true asset to your office! V should be cloned as she puts her everything in when selling properties. She has become a true friend and very lucky we have V as our realtor!

My husband and I are so glad that we chose Verna "V" Regler, as our realtor, in finding our perfect second home in Florida. Verna was very personable, knowledgeable in regards to all of the things about buying a home in Florida, and she was always willling to answer all of our questions. We would say that she went above and beyond, in providing services. We thoroughly enjoyed working with "V" and would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a realtor, to buy or sell their home.

V did everything she could to finally get 434 sold and if it wasn't for her persistence it would probably still be on the market

I saw a yard sign and called "V". We met at the house I wanted to sell. I wanted her honesty opinion about pricing and selling the house. She indicated it could take a bit of time. Just over a month we had a buyer and negotiated everything pretty quickly. She and her coordinator made the whole process so easy and smooth. Thanks to the whole team!!!!

We enjoyed working with Verna. She is very professional and responsive. She always took our needs into consideration and communicated every detail with us. Communication and friendliness are her strong points. She paid attention to all aspects of the sale and followed through promptly. We would highly recommend "V" to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Verna did a great job! I left Florida, to go back to my northern home, and I never worried about a thing with Verna there. She did an excellent job of marketing my home and getting it sold.

Verna is very professional and informative on all aspects of selling my house and what to expect. I enjoyed working with her in all that needed done for the sale of my home.
