I started my house hunting journey with another Century 21 agent that wasn't going well. After losing a handful of properties, I asked to be reassigned upon the recommendation of a friend, that is also a Century 21 agent. Vicki was very helpful. I know I made it a little challenging for her because I wanted what I wanted. She persisted through it all, and while I wasn't crazy about the location at first, I am very happy with the home I purchased because it meets all of my needs.

She is very friendly and promote. I would recommend her anybody. Vicki is always on time and she helps you with anything to sale your house.

Vicki was very helpful and instrumental in the sale of our home. We knew she was the our agent when she came to our very clean house and pointed out things that would help sell our house. This was opposite to the response we received from the other agent. She offered suggestions during the process of listing the house that gave us confidence she really cared about making sure we got the best deal for our house. Throughout the whole process Vicki kept us informed of any changes that occurred and would setup a call to get a decision when needed. We received offers a day or two after listing the property and sold a few weeks later. Vicki continued assisting even when we had to move for work before the sale was completed.

We had tried to sell/buy a home with Vicki before but needed to wait until the market came back. Vicki was extremely patient to say the least. She had helped my mother sell her home years ago and that is how we met her. We have recommended her to our daughter as well. She bought her condo with Vicki and plans to use her again when she sells in a year or so. I can not say enough good about Vicki!!
