Vicky was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always quick to answer any questions I may have and never let me feel alone in the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I was worried it would be overly stressful but Vicky made home buying as easy as possible. She was always prepared and was not afraid to ask the questions needed to be asked. I am truly appreciative of her hard work, dedication and would definitely recommend her.

We were making our first ever, cross country move from Michigan to Florida. Vicky Koehlke was extremely helpful as we were attempting to buy a home from 1,300 miles away. She was our scout, inspector, eyes and ears when we couldn't be there to look at houses or kick tires. She remained calm, carrying, sympathetic, humorous and aggressive in her relentless search to find us a home during a very trying market when everything is selling so fast. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We WILL use Vicky when we decide to sell and buy again.

Vicky was so patient and in tune with the current market. When a house gets listed and within 24hrs the other agent is asking for highest & best by end of day, buying a house can be an extremely stressful experience. Vicky was always available and remained confident I would find the perfect home. She helped me put together strong offers (yes there were several) and reminded me the right home will work out. She was 100% correct and worked closely with my mortgage broker to make it happen. I highly recommend Vicky!

When I was looking for a broker that can help me with my remote purchase, I talked with several of them. However, Vicky, was the only one that really understood my situation and that was exited to work with me remotely. Honestly her energy and attitude was key for me to decide going with Century 21. Vicky was on top of EVERYTHING trough the whole process. She keep me informed of very little detail and she was supper helpful to ensure that even with me been so far away she can make it easy for me. Simple... JUST AMAZING!!!! The whole team was phenomenal. But I truly believe that the team performed the way they did dud to the outstanding broker that I had. The only reason why I can't give an excellent rate on this, is due to the fact that the lender that I selected was not the best. However, that is not Century 21 fault. The C21 team was phenomenal.

Vicky was outstanding in handling my sale and always kept in touch even on the smallest details. She is a true professional.

Vicky was amazing to work with. She would drop everything when I spotted a house I wanted to see. Her knowledge of the market was so comforting that it made this process seemless. The communication was timely and kept me informed. She's a true gem and I can't thank her enough! Vicky was truly amazing in every area!

Vicky did a wonderful job. She is the best person to work with.
