Our sale of our old home and purchase of our new one was quite the process. Victoria communicated well and did everything she could to not drag the process out any longer. She went above and beyond to get this completed.

Victoria has lived in the area her entire life and knew how to price our house (she was our agent for buying the house as well) for the market, location and structure of our house and land. She was perfect for the job and we never considered any other brokers because we knew she’d get us everything we needed and more. She has a keen eye for catching potential buyer’s attention by focusing on the best aspects of the house first and incorporating software to enhance the features she knew would sell our house fast. Her description of the house was spot on as she knew exactly what would appeal to home owners compared to other homes in the area. She never took shortcuts and made sure each step was perfect throughout the whole journey. I cannot be more happy with having her be our agent, not once, but twice now.

I did not select Victoria as my agent per say, but I couldn’t have asked for a better one. She was a great listener, knew her stuff, and was always able to communicate with me regarding any questions or concerns. Victoria is one of the easiest agents to work with. She is on top of everything so there is less worrying and she is always able and willing to help answer any questions. I have little experience in buying homes and having a mortgage, as I bought my first home, but I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
