Victoria Grutzik handled everything very professionally and put in a lot of effort and never gave up even when we went against her suggestions she continued to advertise and show the property. Once we agreed to go with her suggested price the house sold almost immediately. We are very pleased with Victoria as our agent she Is very knowledgeable and has also found us the Home we live in now and we will continue to recommend her to friends and family.

Victoria was great to work with. She helped us purchase a new house and then sold our old house within 4 days. I would highly recommend her to others.

I absolutely loved working along side Victoria. She was great & very knowledgeable with all aspects to do with the process. She was very attentive as well!

Victoria was an excellent agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I always got quick responses from her and never had any questions unanswered. Overall couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Victoria was so responsive to our wishes and helped us find our dream home. She listened to our needs and wants, and was happy to take us to answer our every question. She was available whenever we needed her and went above and beyond to help us get into our house before the holidays. Victoria was delightful to work with and we would recommend her to anybody!!!

We would recommended Victoria Grutzik, she was amazing. We had a previous experience with another company that didn’t help us look for homes or had our best interest. She went out and beyond and truly helped us find our dream home. She listened to what we wanted and delivered. We had some issues come up on the sellers end but we felt very supported by her and confident she had our best interest. Very professional and knowledgeable, made purchasing our first home a great experience.

Victoria Grutzik was very committed and professional during our search for the perfect home to raise our children in, she was very easy to communicate with and was very good at responding to questions either thru email or phone. Buying a home isn’t always a pleasurable experience, I feel Victoria did everything in her power to keep the ball rolling and get things done in a timely manner I never felt like we weren’t a priority

Friendly, communicated well
