Great customer service! Vince always returned my calls, texts, and/or emails promptly. I always knew I could count on Vince to be there for me when I need the help. He gave solid advice about staging/selling, and was very gracious with our schedules (I'm a nurse and work on-call, so making appointments is always tricky). I am particular (read: "difficult"), and Vince respected/honored my must-haves/deal-breakers in stride. No doubt, A+, would hire again (and again)! He is patient, professional, made himself available on short notice, and is very knowledgable in his field. Vince knew specifics about bidding, contracts, etc. and it was reassuring when he suggested using an escalating bid clause that we'd never heard of, to give us an edge on our bid for current home.
