This is the third home we have purchased, this being the first home purchased after relocating, and we have never had such a pleasant home buying experience. Vince knows a great deal about the local area to include schools, crime statistics, and resaleability which was a great comfort when looking to buy a home and being new to the area. We love everything about our home and don’t know if we could have found such a perfect fit without the help of Vince. I truly have never met a more genuinely kind person in my life. We had no choice but to bring our young child with us to meetings and showings and he welcomed him with open arms and took care of us like family.

I put Vince through a lot but he always had a positive attitude. It was a long and hard road to find this house but we got it. There were a lot of fun times looking at houses in the freezing cold and Vince was right out there with us. He definitely did a great job of helping me get into my first home.
