We are very happy with our experience working with Vince Walk Real Estate. We just completed about a two year search for a new home. In this market, there was a lot of competition and frustration. Vince, Barbara and Logan make a great team and were so helpful to us every step of the way. The fact that they are a team made it very easy to contact them and have assistance really any time we needed. Our preference was that we did a lot of our initial "shopping" online using their website. We were able to set up saved searches with alerts when properties became available that met our search criteria. At that point, I would message them and request the disclosures to help us decide if we wanted to take the time to visit the property or not. They were always very fast to provide the documents or to keep us informed if they were waiting to hear from the listing agent, etc. When we did find properties that we wanted to see in person, it was very easy to schedule a time with them that met our needs. Although we tried to reduce the number of in-person visits to properties that we were seriously interested in, there were often times we left a property knowing it was not "the one" and feeling a little guilty for wasting their time, but they were always very encouraging to us that it was okay and not to worry; we'd find the right property, etc. When we did find properties we were interested in, we were so impressed with the attention to detail with the contracts and even them looking over the property for us to give us advice about condition issues or even HOA features that we might not have noticed. I have to especially commend Logan for his thoroughness (no slight to Vince or Barb, but Logan ended up being the team member who met with us most often). When we found properties we liked, he'd stay behind after the viewing and do more thorough checks. There were at least a couple of properties that we would have made offers on but before we did, he identified some pretty serious condition concerns that could have been big problems. While our home shopping experience was definitely a roller coaster of emotions, it wasn't because of Vince Walk Real Estate. The team provided positive and friendly support all along the way. I would have no hesitation in using their services again. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

The money was handled by the lending agent He was always on the ball when answering questions and knew tons about the area. He and Logan we're very good in giving us honest feedback about houses. Vince was very patient with us! When we first started this adventure on buying a house we weren't even sure there was a house we wanted. He just let us lead and when we called and said we wanted to look at a house he would get us in the house. He didn't call or text and just let us be. There was no pressure and we appreciated that a ton!!! We finally found our house and have been here for a week so far. We absolutely love it!!! We will definitely tell everyone about Vince and will work with him next time we move!
