We absolutely love the Walks, but we especially hold a place for Barb since she’s the one who pointed Jill and I to our new home when looking at another that fell short on our desires, all while Jill was sunning in Florida. Vince Walk helped us transition from Virginia to Kansas by being our eyes and ears throughout the process of building a new home. He would drive out and take pictures or videos whenever we asked. We decided to build a house in early 2021. It was a long process due to product shortages. Vince was there every step of the way. Since we had never built a house before, Vince was very helpful in explaining the process to us. It was good to have him on our side. He went to all the meetings with builder with us. During the electrical walk through, he pointed out several areas that we wouldn't have thought to add outlets. Under the couch and recliner for example. Also saved us thousands of dollars by negotiating different items in the contract. One example was saving $7,000 in rock removal. Vince, Barbara, and Logan worked hard to make sure we understood everything,got the best price, kept the process as stress free as possible, and genuinely cared that we were happy with the end result. This is a tough process to go through and it wouldn't have gone this well if we had went with the typical realtor that treats you like a number and just wants to rush you through.
