Gini Pelton

Highly recommend Gini Pelton at CENTURY 21 Northland Deciding to sell our home in Manistee was not easy. We love this town and the house meant a great deal to us. Gini understood that from the very first conversation. She never rushed us. She gave us honest, well-researched comps and the space to make the decision on our own terms. Once we moved forward, Gini guided us through every step of the sale. She was attentive, responsive, and always ready to help with whatever came up. What stood out most was her kindness. She treated us like people, not a transaction, and she made a stressful process feel manageable and even reassuring. Gini clearly knows the Manistee market and cares about this community and the people she works with. If you're buying or selling in the area, we can't recommend her enough. Thank you, Gini, for everything!

Gini was wonderful. This was a vacation home for us and we lived out of town. She handled everything for us which made it so smooth! No need to run back and forth.

Ginni went above and beyond her duties as our realtor. She handled all of our questions and exceeded our ecpectations.
