Vivian Benedict

I wouldn't go to anybody else to buy or sell a home. Vivian was punctual, professional, polite, and knowledgeable about all the questions and concerns I had. Her strategy for selling my home ensured I got what I wanted without too much hassle. I will be going back to Vivian for any future home purchases without any doubt.

Vivian was amazing with the sale of our home. She properly researched and provided comparable sales then listed within the range perfectly. She was extremely helpful, thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process.

Vivian helped us tremendously through the process of a home purchase which was incredibly challenging due to circumstances out of our control. She was patient, communicative and resourceful in assisting us to finally get to close on the home of our dreams after about 6 months of negotiating with the buyers. It was extremely challenging and frustrating at times, but she stuck with it and pushed through. We can't thank her enough for all her hard work!
