Walters is very experienced and knowledgable. He was able to explain the real estate process very clearly in a way we could understand. he is always easy to get ahold of and quick to answer questions and there where a lot of questions. When we got near the end of the process he would call and answer our questions before we could ask them. Walter was on top of everything. He got information to the to everyone involved be for they asked for it. He dealt with everyone for us. It was great! We would have no problem recommending him to anyone we know because we know he'll take care of them.

Just wanted to say that we think Walter did a wonderful job selling the properties. He keep in contact on a regular bases, we were always able to get a hold of him if we had questions he always answered them. Can't say enough good things about Walter. We live out of town, Walter did all the work.

Just finished selling and buying a house using Walter Cuestas as our agent. After living in our old home for 36 years we made the decision to down size. We took our time over the past couple of years looking on Zillow. A couple of months ago we found this home we wanted to look into.
