Walter Cuestas was easy to talk to and was easy to work with, he let us make our decisions and then worked with us to complete those goals. Walter understood all our questions and sometimes had the solution/answer before the question was asked. A couple times that I had to travel while the house was open for tours, Walter Cuestas went out of his way to check on the house to reset my phone answering system, make sure heaters were off and general security was good, proper lighting, etc. This gave me piece of mind while I was away.

Walter was personable, and patient. He kept his head in the game when I was picky, and was still willing to look out for my best interest in houses I knew little about. If I moved to another place locally in the future, I would gladly go back to Walter.
