Wanda was a great agent. Always available and excellent attention to detail! Would highly recommend!!!

Very responsive & and good follow through

Wanda is the best agent we've ever worked with. She brings knowledge and confidence to the table every time, and we trust her implicitly. The sale of our house was swift and all aspects were handled in a way that allowed us to feel good about our decision to sell. We just love working with m, and knowing Wanda.

Wanda was a great local resource for our family to locate the perfect location for our family cabin on the lake. Very knowledgeable of the area, easy to reach and communicate with!

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Wanda Boldon. She really understood the local lake property market, priced my unique property accurately, gave us good direction on how to best prepare the property for sale (staging and what repairs to focus on and not focus on), communicated exceptionally well at all points and was a very likeable professional. I would enthusiastically recommend Wanda to anyone looking to sell or purchase property!

Wanda helped us find this property. She walked us through every step of the way. She either called or texted letting us know where we were st if the process. She kept us very informed. She is the best Relator i have ever delt with.
